Job Summary

Zenabis Global Inc. is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to own all aspects of budgeting through our next phase of explosive growth. We are a fast-moving business, and you will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and help the company build a strong budgeting process. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while meeting strict deadlines. Comfortable doing whatever it takes to get the job done. This role will also be key in the development and reporting of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports and analysis for senior management to be used for critical decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a timely budgeting process to produce accurate information
  • Working with the strategy team to ensure the budget is in line with the
  • Coordinates and liaises with the departments to maintain the budget and keeps participants on track
  • Informs Director of Financial Reporting when key budget tasks, events, and decisions will occur, so they have an opportunity to plan and to participate in the process
  • Emphasis on forecasting, analyzing current performance through the creation and monitoring of metrics, and conducting prospective and ongoing analysis of expenditures, business initiatives and services
  • Developing performance measures and benchmarks and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including profitability of new opportunities, capital analysis, revenue models and profit margin analysis
  • Other tasks as required by the Director of Financial Reporting, VP Finance or CFO

Qualifications

  • 5 years post CPA designation experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
  • Experience with public companies
  • Strong modeling skills
  • Experience coordinating with several departments
  • Technical and managerial skills to perform a wide variety of financial analysis
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary

Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Security Clearance

Security Clearance may be requested for this position

Working Hours

Salaried Position: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

This position will require after hours or extended hours based on activity
