Deliverables

Lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation governance of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise solutions.

Define target-state architectures, workflows, data models, integrations, governance controls, and platform standards that support cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and operational objectives.

Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and security ecosystems including vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, CMDB, asset management systems, and enterprise applications.

Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, roadmap planning, implementation oversight, release governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reporting, user experience, and risk management effectiveness.
Experience Required

8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on architecture, solution design, and implementation oversight for Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application framework, data models, workflows, integrations, role-based access controls, reporting, and enterprise-scale solution design.

Deep expertise in cybersecurity and risk management domains, including security incident lifecycle management, vulnerability management, risk registers, controls, issues management, policy compliance, and exception handling processes.

Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, CMDBs, asset management systems, and external applications using REST APIs, web services, data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation techniques.

Strong knowledge of ITIL, risk governance, security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), enterprise architecture practices, and governance controls, with the ability to guide vendors, stakeholders, and delivery teams through complex implementations.
