Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Architect Designer to lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural projects across diverse sectors. Duties
- Lead the design process from initial concept development through detailed construction documentation, ensuring alignment with client visions and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to negotiate project scopes, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Utilize advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visualizations and precise drafting.
- Oversee project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and construction estimating to ensure timely delivery within financial parameters.
- Conduct site visits for renovation projects or new constructions to assess conditions and provide expert guidance on construction processes.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications that meet industry standards while facilitating smooth communication among all stakeholders.
- Engage in business development activities by preparing proposals, presenting design concepts confidently, and expanding client relationships through exceptional service.
Skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, NavisWorks and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of drafting standards, construction estimating methods, budgeting practices, and CAD workflows.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage client expectations and coordinate with contractors effectively.
- Experience in project management methodologies to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with renovation projects and construction processes across various building types.
- Ability to develop compelling presentations using Sketch or other visualization tools that clearly communicate design intent.
- Solid understanding of construction codes, building regulations, and safety standards relevant to architectural practice.
