DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and supervise all Administrative, Customer Service and Office Staff.
Managing projects and ad hoc administrative tasks in a busy environment.
Track all documentation entering the office and ensure it is received by the appropriate stakeholder and followed through to completion.
Establish a strong relationship and mutual respect / trust with all teams resulting in effective and efficient communication for the business
Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective people strategies and initiatives
Updating company registries
Staff leave management and time-keeping management
1-2 + years of experience in a Office role
Microsoft suite knowledge
Self-driven and ability to work independently, as well as being an effective team player
A Strong focus on customer service and ensuring that customer requests are addressed and followed through immediately.
$ 27.50 per hour
