You are a seasoned IT expert with proven track record of managing large-scale Enterprise projects in a complex, fast-moving environment. You are an inspiring leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
As a member of the Information Technology Management team, you provide leadership and expertise leading IT Project Management Office and Capital Projects Delivery, that align with our organizational objectives. You oversee a team that work closely with executive leaders and operational stakeholders, to develop a delivery framework and roadmap, and facilitates the technology solutions delivery that increase efficiency and effectiveness, achieving the desired customer experience outcome, maximizing business value and enabling business growth. You also collaborate with Service Providers, Integrators to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology to drive business growth and profitability.
The Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Business Transformation, you add value to the organization by key areas of oversight such as:
- Leading the Project Management Office, developing and establishing effective governance, processes, methodologies and standards across all projects. This includes developing and managing the PMO budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Managing and supporting project managers, provide guidance and mentoring to ensure successful project execution
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the PMO team
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology transformation initiatives that align with business goals and priorities
- Building strategic partnerships across the organization with business sponsors and executive stakeholders, ensuring high value technology solutions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external partners and sponsors to develop and maintain business capability mapping that guide our IT Delivery framework
- Overseeing stakeholder reviews to identify any IT services strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and risks
- Developing delivery and governance framework in alignment with our corporate strategies
- Providing IT strategic input into business decisions, taking a structured data-driven approach while building consensus
- Translating IT strategic objectives into performance metrics and actionable plans
What you bring to the team
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related discipline. A Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred. You bring minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with 10+ years of experience as a proven technology leader. As well as 4-6 years of experience in a PMO leadership role.

Additional information
The target salary range: $121,800 - $152,200 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
