CNC Mill Programmer/Operator
Cap-Thin Molds is a modern company specializing in designing and manufacturing high-precision injection molds for the packaging, caps and closures and cosmetic industries. Our company utilizes the latest computer and machine tool technology in a temperature-controlled and organized environment. We are looking for an energetic, creative and experienced CNC Mill programmer/operator to join our team. This full-time, day shift position will be responsible to program and operate one of our CNC vertical high-speed mills. Experience in a mold shop environment and/or previous high-speed milling experience would be necessary.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with machining and Master Cam
- Efficient in programming/operating and set up for three axis high-speed milling
- Ability to work with very close tolerances (0.0002 inches tolerances)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Ability to handle stress, pressure and deadlines
- A positive “can do” attitude and must absolutely be a team player
