YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assembly operations support for all types of aspects that may impact product quality
Identify, assess and analyze production issues related to product nonconformity
Coordinate all activities involved in containment plans (shutting down the stock room, triage, implementing additional inspections, etc.)
Oversee improvements required to address quality issues
Exercise leadership in the management of product issues
Assess the quality of manufactured vehicles, interpret quality criteria, etc.
Contribute to improving and optimizing general processes/procedures
Work in partnership with the problem resolution team
Work with partners in supplier quality assurance, engineering, industrial engineering, after-sales service and production to issue recommendations to continuously improve the quality of our products
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
DEC (college diploma) in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-reliance, ability to work as part of a team, creativity and strong focus on customer service
Sense of initiative, independence, structure and thoroughness
