Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential cleaning, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service will be advantageous.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Organize and manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and any maintenance issues observed during cleaning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and safety procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Pay: $22.00-$27.50 per hour
