The Laborer will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Duties
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR of general renovations is required : Demoliton, flooring Installation, framing, drywall installation. ( willing to learn as well )
- Able to work on your own with minimal supervision
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety practices.
