The main objectives of this role is to perform Driving and basic maintenance Duties of a Triaxle Dump truck with pup trailer. The employee may also be requested to perform other driving/ operating tasks within the employees training and skill set.
Home base for the truck would be our Point Anne and Selby quarries, however some projects would require travel to other parts of the Belleville and Kingston areas.

The role reports directly to the Area Foreman. Daily direction may come from the Dispatcher in Canniftan or Mcadoo.
The incumbent will also report to Plant managers and Superintendents at the individual sites and plants.
The incumbent will be paid$20.05 per hour during three month probation period. Immediately after the probation period the hourly rate will be adjusted to $20.75 per hour.
Time and a half paid after 44 hours per week
Vacation pay is paid at 4% and will climb as per the Lafarge Ontario East vacation pay policy.
The incumbent will qualify for the employee benefit plan after the three month probation period.
