Northumberland's Leading Real Estate Team seeks a part time labourer. If you’re looking for a job where no two days are the same, this might be the opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate will be punctual, energetic, and willing to assist the team with a wide array of tasks: from moving furniture or other large household items, interior and exterior property clean up, and assisting with the donation and disposal of unneeded client belongings. Applicants will need to be able to work under tight timelines, possess good communication skills, and possess a degree of physical fitness. In addition, you must have the ability to work independently, while also being a team player and taking direction from colleagues while on the job.
Responsibilities
Under direction of the Downsizing Services Project Manager and the Lead Stager provide on-side physical labor and support to the Team. Including but not limited to:
- Removing and donating/disposing of items during property clean outs.
- Moving furniture, decor, and any light cleaning required.
- Packing client items, decluttering, and pre-move packing.
- Safety boots, work gloves, attire appropriate for the job are required. Also, bring any required personal food items, and a suitable supply of water to job sites.
- Personal transportation to and from the job site is required.
Qualifications:
- No specific prior experience is necessary; a 'can do' positive attitude and punctuality and clear communication is all that's needed. However, preference will be given to applicants with similar experience or transferable skills.
Job Details:
- Part-time, 2-3 days per week. 7-8 hours per day
- Typically work day between 9am - 5pm
- From time to time, additional hours may be available depending on Team needs
