Robert Half is recruiting for a client in the healthcare industry who is looking for a Marketing Manager for a 6 month contract. This is a remote contract opportunity, candidates MUST be local to Canada and able to work in the Eastern Timezone.
Our client is looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is an execution-focused, individual contributor role that will focus on the delivery of integrated B2B marketing initiatives, creating compelling campaigns and content that strengthen brand presence and support pipeline growth. The successful candidate will combine strong project coordination skills with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, creative asset development, and performance analysis to keep programs moving effectively across channels.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys being close to the work and can confidently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute B2B content across channels, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, social media (primarily LinkedIn), and website content
Create written and visual marketing materials that support lead generation efforts, nurture programs, webinars, and broader corporate initiatives.
Lead organic marketing efforts (~80%), driving brand awareness and engagement through content and digital channels
Execute marketing campaigns and support lead generation and nurture programs
Create and adapt marketing assets using tools like Canva or Adobe (visuals, presentations, light video content)
Support paid media campaigns (~20%), including LinkedIn and search (ad content, coordination, performance tracking)
Assist with webinars and virtual events, including promotion and follow-up activities
Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize results
5+ years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
Experience developing content including blogs, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, and marketing collateral required.
Experience with LinkedIn advertising, paid search, or digital advertising platforms preferred.
Experience executing demand generation campaigns, lead nurture programs, and marketing automation workflows required.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and workflows
