We’re Hiring: Patient Acquisition Coordinator – Toronto, ON
As we continue to grow our clinics in Toronto, we’re looking for a Patient Acquisition Coordinator who is passionate about connecting with people, building relationships, and driving meaningful patient growth.
This role is at the intersection of community engagement, outreach, and patient experience. You’ll represent our clinics in the community, create strong local partnerships, and help turn connections into lasting patient relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Represent the clinic at local events, health fairs, schools, and community initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
- Identify and coordinate opportunities to increase clinic visibility and presence
- Distribute promotional materials and educate the community on services and patient care
Patient Acquisition & Growth
- Act as a liaison for potential patients, answering questions and guiding them into care
- Support referral programs, in-clinic promotions, and patient engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinic and marketing teams to align on campaigns and outreach strategies
- Track and report on leads, conversions, and outreach performance
Relationship Building & Coordination
- Develop strong, lasting partnerships that support long-term growth
- Work closely with clinic leadership to align outreach with practice goals
- Provide insights from the community to help improve patient experience and marketing efforts
The Role
- Part-Time - 20 to 25 hours per week
- Compensation: $18 to $20/hour (based on experience) + bonusing
What You Bring
- 2+ year of experience in outreach, community engagement, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience working in diverse or multicultural communities is an asset
- Second language proficiency relevant to the community is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation may be required
