Job Overview
CSR Machine is looking for a skilled Journeyman Machinist to join our team. This role demands a seasoned Machinist with at least 5 years of experience and a Journeyman ticket. You'll interpret drawings, set up CNC lathes, and ensure high-quality finished parts.
Duties
- Interpret drawings.
- Program/Set up and operate lathes for efficient production.
- Machine parts to specified precision tolerances.
- Utilize micrometers, calipers and a variety of measuring tools to verify parts conform to exact blueprints and specifications.
- Completion of a recognized machinist program with journeyman level certification.
- Extensive knowledge of machining oilfield parts and threads.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC Lathes 2 axis.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Machinist experience.
- Must posses Journeyman ticket.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence.
- Team player with good communication and attention to detail.
