Job Overview
Sussex Realty Ltd. is looking for 1-2 experienced painters or a small independent crew for an exterior refreshing project across our portfolio.
The work mostly involves cleaning up and painting window trims and exterior doors on various properties, including our 3 to 4-story walk-up buildings.
We are flexible in how we fill this role. We are looking to hire individuals as in-house staff, but we are also open to partnering with a small independent crew as contractors if you run your own business. For those joining us as in-house staff, there is a strong potential for long-term, continued employment with Sussex Realty past the summer, as we always have ongoing work available for skilled, handy individuals..
Requirements:
- Experience with exterior painting and working at heights.
- Equipment: Must have your own reliable transportation and major tools (including extension ladders or scaffolding capable of reaching up to 4 stories). Sussex Realty will supply all paint, brushes, and job-specific materials.
- Able to work independently and manage your own time.
- Crews/contractors must have active WCB and liability insurance.
