Summary
We are seeking a Front Counter Attendant to join our team in Sylvan Lake. This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our guests enjoy a top-quality experience at our restaurant. The position is based in Sylvan Lake and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant food service environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously at the front counter.
- Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
- Provide information about menu items and specials to guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering friendly and attentive service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Help prepare food and beverages if needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or food service roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards is an asset.
