Requirements
- Perform professional eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape and desired style
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment for clients
- Must be social media ready and consistent with posting and engaging
- Must be willing and ready to build recurring clientele
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
- Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and maintenance tips
- Assist with retail sales by recommending beauty products such as lash care items
- Conduct product demos to showcase new lash extensions or related beauty offerings
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere
- Commission based

- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to eyelash extension application and beauty services, training could be provided with eagerness to learn.
- Must be active on social media and have recent instagram work
- Must have at least 2+yrs experience
- Ability to manage scheduling appointments and greeting guests
- Professional appearance and high sanitization standards
