Research Analyst – Toronto, ON

Position Summary:
Ipsos for the Health & Pharmaceuticals sector is a worldwide specialization that focuses on understanding the motivations, experiences, interactions and influences of the multiple stakeholders who impact the success of a product within the pharmaceutical industry.

Our team focused across a variety of therapeutic areas and is seeking an entry-level market research professional. We offer an innovative professional development opportunity to the qualified individual pursuing an exciting career path in market research.

Key Responsibilities:
Co-coordinating the fielding process for market research projects
Assisting with research design
Performing data analysis
Writing research reports
Perform quality checks on questionnaires, data and reports
Verification and liaising with our internal data collection teams.

Required Skills

Ideal Candidate has the following Skills and Experience:
A completed university/college degree in a related field (such as social sciences, pharmacy, biology or chemistry with an emphasis on health care) and/or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector
An in depth knowledge of quantitative research methodologies
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
A high attention to detail
Advanced proficiency with MS Office
A self-starter with superior organization skills who strives in deadline driven environment
Experience with SPSS is desirable, but not required
Interest in learning more about the healthcare sector
