Speedy Glass is a busy, expanding Auto Glass repair shop and we are looking for a mature individual to join our Customer Service Rep (CSR) team. The work environment is fast paced, fun and teamwork oriented.

- Automotive knowledge preferred but not necessary.

Tasks include
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Sourcing correct parts from multiple suppliers
- Making insurance claims and writing invoices
- Organizing and filing paperwork
- Handling of debit and cash Transactions
- The position could also include helping in the shop.
