We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, work hard and build their career in the insurance industry. This is an entry level position but requires a great attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to be coachable. We provide leads for clients wanting to achieve homeownership and need you to help from wherever they may be in their financial journey..
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships addressing challenges and fostering trust.
- Keep detailed records of your client's requests, providing expert guidance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions to that enhance their growth to achieve their financial goals.
- Participate and be engaged in all training opportunities provided to you.
- Prepare financial policy and procedure documentation.
- Present investment strategies to your clients.
- Build prospecting skills to ensure your client base never runs dry.
- Fully commit to driving performance, delivering results and ensuring client success.
Requirements
- Ability to learn fast and be accountable to your own growth and learning
- Make up to 200 calls per day
- Needs to be tech savvy for programs used such as CRMs
- Detail oriented and able to keep client base organized
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be willing to get their LLQP license.
