Dr. Hopkins & Associates Optometry is looking for a confident, outgoing and sales-driven person to join our growing team.
Sales experience is a MUST. Optometric experience is not — we can teach you that!
We are looking for someone who can easily connect with people, loves helping others and isn't afraid to make recommendations. Someone with a flair for fashion who gets genuinely excited about helping a patient find eyewear that makes them look and feel amazing!
What will you be doing?
- Helping patients select and style their eyewear
- Making confident recommendations based on their needs, lifestyle and personal style
- Creating an amazing patient experience
- Answering phones and emails
- Booking and modifying appointments
- Processing transactions and insurance claims
- Jumping in and helping your team wherever needed

We have two locations in the Niagara region, so reliable and consistent transportation is a must.
