The successful candidate will have a minimum Grade 12 Diploma and possess a Class 5 Operator’s License. Minimum one year of related work experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Mechanically inclined, competent in using equipment, and comfort with physically demanding work is essential. The incumbent will have exceptional organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing. Demonstrated knowledge of the waste industry is an asset.
This position is within the scope of C.U.P.E. Local 30, and as such, you will be required to adhere to the articles contained within the Collective Agreement. The successful candidate will provide a Drivers Abstract upon hire.
Hours of Work: Varying day and weekend shifts. The number of hours of work per week may vary and cannot be forecasted.
