Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Painter/Labourer to join our construction and Painting team. This role involves performing various painting and labour tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in painting and general labour.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking as needed
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Experience with rigging, carpentry, caulking, and the use of hand tools and power tools will be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills are beneficial for interacting with clients during projects
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively is essential
- Prior experience in painting or staining exteriors

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
