Wing Station is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members to join our crew! Whether you’re at the front taking orders or working behind the counter, you’ll play a big role in creating great experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Present menus, share recommendations, and take food and drink orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent presentation and service standards.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
- Communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, from signature flavours and specials.
- Support team members and help keep the service flow running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Team-player mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active during shifts.
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-casual or fast food restaurant is preferred, but not required.
