Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with a variety of carpentry and general labour tasks on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and restoration work. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction processes, hand and power tools, and a strong work ethic to contribute effectively to our team’s success.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior work such as concrete forming, framing,roofing, siding,doors ,windows as needed. Also interior work such as bathroom/kitchen renovations including finishing carpentry.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct restoration work including surface preparation and finishing touches
- Measure and cut materials accurately using appropriate tools
- Assist with heavy lifting and material movement around the job site
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Support team members in assembly, drywall installation, painting, and handyman tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry or general construction work; handyman experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred for site travel purposes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions

Pay: $25.00-$36.00 per hour
