Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and work with a rehabilitation team. We require a combination of one or more of the following days Mon, Wed, Fri, plus Sat.

We are seeking a team oriented clinician looking to build and establish their massage therapy practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment needs
- Develop customized massage therapy plans utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Perform various massage modalities aimed at pain management, stress reduction, and improving mobility
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, self-care strategies, and occupational health practices
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care when necessary
Skills
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and active listening
- Proficiency in patient assessment to tailor treatments effectively
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques for pain relief
- Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Knowledge of occupational health principles to support workplace wellness programs
- Prior experience in similar environments is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
