Senior Care Advisor / Sales Advisor
Job Summary
Avalon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Care Advisor to join our growing team. This leadership role combines outside sales, customer relationship management, team leadership, and construction sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, overseeing Lead Generators, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Meet with homeowners, present company services, and secure signed contracts.
- Manage and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Lead Generators.
- Assign territories and monitor Lead Generator performance.
- Maintain accurate records and sales activities within the company CRM.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction sales, roofing sales, siding sales, restoration sales, or home improvement sales.
- Strong communication, leadership, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
