Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Perform hair styling services according to client preferences and salon standards
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon area
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Educate clients on hair care products and recommend suitable solutions based on individual needs
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all salon policies are followed, including safety protocols and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction
