What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess their heating and cooling needs.
- Recommend customized HVAC solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and energy savings.
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with customers and close sales.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience is preferred (HVAC experience is an asset but not required).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Compensation
- Ontario minimum wage base pay plus uncapped commission.
- Most successful representatives earn $80,000–$150,000 annually.
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000 per year.
Your income is directly tied to your performance—there is no cap on what you can earn.
