Job Summary
Handyperson or Facility Maintenance work to include minor carpentry, minor demolition, general landscaping and pick-up and delivery work.
Duties
- Must be able to pull and manipulate a utility trailer
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance
- Report equipment issues as they arise
- Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Maintain good work habits and be punctual
- Must have basic carpentry skills and basic tools
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work in various conditions, positions, including but not limited to, bending, standing, kneeling for periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be familiar with the use of a gas-powered chainsaw and wood chipper
- Must be able to work throughout the Niagara Region and beyond
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's licence
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
