The Job:
We're hiring experienced Carpenters with concrete formwork skills to join our crew. You'll be building and stripping formwork on real infrastructure — bridges, culverts, and industrial builds — working alongside people who know what they're doing.
Pay:
$40–$42 per hour, based on experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and stripping formwork for walls, columns, and suspended slabs
- Aligning, bracing, and anchoring formwork for stability and accuracy
- Pouring vertical concrete (hand finishing skills an asset)
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Working with the crew to keep projects on time and on budget
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with concrete formwork specifically
- Comfortable reading blueprints, sketches, and building plans
- Solid carpentry skills and tool proficiency
- An eye for detail — this work has to be right
- Willingness to travel within Manitoba
- Class 5 license an asset
