Retail Security Guard – Nanaimo, BC
Pay: $18.25–$21.75 per hour

Frontline Integrated Security is currently hiring professional and customer-focused Retail Security Guards for a retail location in Nanaimo, BC. We are seeking reliable individuals who take pride in providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the retail store.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and unwanted activity.
- Observe and report suspicious behaviour.
- Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns.
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Work closely with store management and law enforcement when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image.
- Ensure company policies and site procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Valid BC Security Worker Licence.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail security or loss prevention experience is considered an asset.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
