SUMMARY
The Senior Business Process Analyst is a key driver of process improvement initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and leading the implementation of strategic improvements. The Senior Business Process Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer (internal/external) satisfaction.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Conducts in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into well-defined process design specifications.

Develops process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures to streamline operations.

Utilizes data analytics to evaluate process performance, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancement.

Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and track improvements over time.

Leads cross-functional process improvement projects, coordinating with stakeholders across different departments to achieve desired outcomes.

Implements Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate waste.

Champions continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Collaborates with IT teams to assess the need for technology upgrades or automation to enhance process efficiency.

Collaborates with IT teams to drive the integration of technology solutions into business processes, ensuring seamless adoption and user acceptance.

Partners with specialized resources to develop change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during process improvement initiatives.

Communicates changes effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering buy-in for new processes.

Works closely with various business units to understand their unique needs and challenges.

Engages stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, align objectives, and promote a collaborative approach to process improvement.

Plans, executes, and monitors process improvement projects, adhering to timelines and recommends resource allocation.

Mitigates risks and addresses issues that may arise during project implementation.

Provides training to employees on new processes and tools, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.

Develops training materials and facilitates workshops to build process improvement capabilities within the organization.

Stays up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business process analysis and improvement.

Shares knowledge and insights with the team and stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools, such as BPMN or Visio.

Solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and their application in process optimization.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, and project management.
