About the Opportunity:
We are a premier Ontario window and door manufacturer seeking an established Independent Sales Agent or Manufacturers’ Representative Agency to expand our distribution network in the residential new‑construction, custom build, and dealer markets. We provide the manufacturing capacity, competitive floor pricing, and dedicated estimating support—you leverage your existing builder network to capture high-margin revenue.
Compensation and Margins:
- Complete Overage Retention: Retain 100% of the profit margin generated above our aggressive wholesale floor pricing. You control your own customer pricing.
- Equity Incentive Program: Eligible for company stock options based on volume milestones, providing long-term equity upside as our Ontario market expands.
- High-Volume Contract Potential: Ideal for agents clearing large-volume deals with subdivision, multi-home, and dealer accounts.
- Uncapped Upside: No commission caps, tiers, or limits on your earning potential.

What You Bring:
- An active, established network of builders, renovators, developers, or dealers in Ontario.
- 3–5+ years of experience selling windows/doors or related commercial building materials.
- The infrastructure to operate as an independent business entity.
Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
