Applicants must reside in the Lloydminster Area, have a permanent visa or work visa.
Have must a Level 1, 2 or 3 in Early Childhood Education .
Must be comfortable working with children with disabilities.
Must be have current criminal record check before starting employment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in the early childhood classroom
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children with special education needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding their child's progress and development
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines for early childhood education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a classroom
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proficient in using computerized systems for record keeping and communication
