IT Tech Support, Level 1

We have an exciting, permanent opportunity for a Level 1 technician in our Montreal office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a client service role within an energetic and friendly team in our state of the art data center.

The Level 1 technician is the primary interface with the end user client for all technical issues and is responsible for monitoring infrastructure and customer’s devices, troubleshooting and resolving problems while communicating technical issues to the end user and technical teams as per our standard operations procedures.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Level 1 technical role

Personable and customer centric

Willing to learn and grow technical knowledge

Fully bilingual
