Assignment Description
Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on samples.
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures.
- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
Qualifications:
- One of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Diploma in Chemical Laboratory Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
