About the Role
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will inspire and motivate clients through safe, engaging, and thoughtfully programmed classes. Every class should leave members feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to return.
We're looking for instructors who are passionate about movement, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience every time they teach.

You:
- Are passionate about Pilates, fitness, music, wellness and inspiring others through movement.
- Love inspiring others to become stronger and more confident in a group class environment.
- Have experience teaching group classes and enjoy connecting with people.
- Possess a strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, movement principles, and intelligent exercise progressions.
- Can confidently provide modifications and progressions for different abilities and injuries.
- Through your classes able to promote and maximize attendance and experience, whilst thriving on connecting with a room.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before every class fully prepared to welcome clients and deliver an outstanding experience.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging attitude.
- Are dependable, organized, punctual, and accountable.
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
- Are comfortable participating in promotional events, open houses, community outreach, photo shoots, video shoots, and other marketing initiatives.
- Take pride in representing our brand both inside and outside the studio.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional small-group Reformer Pilates classes for clients of varying fitness levels.
- Provide hands-on coaching, cueing, and movement corrections while maintaining a safe environment.
- Create engaging, well-structured classes that keep members motivated and progressing.
- Welcome members and foster a positive, inclusive studio atmosphere.
- Set up and sanitize equipment before and after every class.
- Promote studio programs, memberships, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to continually improve the member experience.
- Help build our presence in the community through exceptional service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Reformer Pilates Certification (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous teaching experience in Reformer Pilates in a group fitness environment for at least 2 years.
- Background in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Athletic Therapy, Personal Training, Dance, or Yoga is considered an asset.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

- Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Minimum commitment of 3 classes per week with opportunity to grow into additional classes.
