Walker Flow
Walker Flow is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Edmonton team.
We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused individual with knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings (PVF) and industrial products. Previous PVF or industrial supply experience is strongly preferred.
We will also consider candidates who may have less direct PVF experience but demonstrate strong communication skills, highly motivated, excellent customer service skills, a personable attitude with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and RFQs
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations
- Provide product, pricing and availability information
- Process orders and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Source products and communicate with vendors
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Support outside sales and business development activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- PVF or industrial sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers, digital tools and new technology
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, personable and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
