Morning Shift - 6 am to 2:30 pm
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or machinery
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and work areas to ensure optimal operation
- Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team setting
- Prior experience in general labor or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory
