Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our renovation business. The ideal candidate is confident meeting with homeowners and business owners, identifying their renovation needs, preparing estimates, and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone with experience in sales, construction, renovations, or home improvement services.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to discuss renovation projects.
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
- Prepare and present renovation proposals and estimates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
- Attend networking events and seek new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (renovation, construction, home improvement, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and site visits.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial renovations is an asset.
- Experience preparing estimates or reading construction drawings is an asset but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
