As we continue to expand our operations nationwide, we are seeking a Showroom/Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our internal & external customers and to promote inside sales from our Calgary showroom.
Key Duties:
- Answer all incoming phone calls.
- Responding to all emailed inquiries/orders in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed customers’ expectations at all times by resolving issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Positively support the company with productive input on issues and problem resolution.
- Provide detailed follow-up on all orders ensuring that the customer receives updates where applicable (ETA’s etc.).
- Ensure all orders are entered/updated accurately and provide detailed notes where applicable.
- Assist the sales team with monthly follow-up on orders to ensure orders stay current and updated.
- Helping all customers with their selections in the showroom and providing them with samples.
- Entering all customers information into a shared excel showroom tracker.
- Maintaining and updating showroom display boards.
- Maintaining sample inventory and staying on top of sample replenishment.
- Assist sales with sample ship outs/customer inquiries.
- Maintaining and promoting clearance areas.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Customer service/call center experience, preferably in a distribution environment
- Order/data entry
- Showroom assistance/design background would be an asset
- Strong oral & written communication
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Power-point/Excel) and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain staying organized.
- High attention to detail
- Strong listening and telephone skills
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environments
This position is permanent and will offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package upon completion of a 3-month probation period. Hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (some Saturdays potentially when required). We are looking forward to receiving your application!
