Alpha3dge Group places teams at live consumer events across North York on behalf of established brands. This is a full-time, in-person, face-to-face role — no call centre, no headset, no cold calls, no desk. You'll be working field activations and brand events where real conversations lead to real results.
What the Role Looks Like
You'll be the first person a consumer speaks to and sometimes the last impression they take with them. The role combines outreach with service — starting conversations, working through concerns, and guiding people toward a decision. Doing that well, consistently, is what the job is really about.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for consumers at live brand activations across North York
- Explaining client products and services clearly and in plain terms
- Handling objections and questions with patience and accuracy
- Seeing each customer interaction through from first contact to a completed sale
- Logging daily activity and individual results accurately each shift
- Staying current on brand information and product details as campaigns evolve
- Attending team training and applying it between shifts
- Contributing to individual targets and overall team performance
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable approaching strangers and holding real conversations
- Composed when things get busy or a consumer gets difficult
- Recovers quickly when an interaction doesn't go as planned
- Reliable — the team shouldn't need to check in on you
- Open to being trained and retrained as campaigns evolve
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or any service-oriented environment is a genuine asset
- No prior experience required if you're coachable and consistent
- Reliable transportation and full-time availability in North York required
