Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper/Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring smooth food service operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Cook and prepare meals according to established recipes and standards
- Support food service operations by plating dishes and ensuring timely delivery to customers or dining areas
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
