We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hiring Dispatch Assistant to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage dispatch operations, ensuring smooth communication between drivers, clients, and internal departments. Your energetic approach will help streamline freight movements, optimize scheduling, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of semi-truck dispatching experience is necessary
- Experience dispatching cross - border ( Canada / USA ) loads is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with brokers and drivers
- Experience with load boards , Fleethunt, Border Connect and AFM is required.
- Job is in Airdrie - must be able to drive to work
- Must be fluent in English
- Fluency in Punjabi is an asset
Schedule :
- Full-time / Part-time
- Afternoon shift
- Weekend availability is mandatory
