- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
-Assist Guests with questions about Menu, Allergies, Catering etc..
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to upsell products to meet sales targets
- Familiarity with POS systems and technical sales concepts
