Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various tasks such as framing, concrete forming, masonry, and demolition.
- Perform carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, drywall hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and framing.
- Execute concrete finishing, pouring, and curing processes to ensure smooth surfaces and structural integrity.
- Install plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and perform basic electrical wiring as required by project specifications.
- Apply construction painting, caulking, restoration work, and masonry techniques to enhance project quality.
- Assist in construction estimating by measuring materials and labor needs for upcoming projects.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of various construction trades including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and welding.
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, drywall installation, flooring/layering/tile laying.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes for materials and labor costs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
