We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

In this role, you will:
Have human conversations with users to solve their problems
Interact with users via chat, email, phone or social media
Work with our product, engineering and marketing teams to represent our customers' needs and goals during planning
If you are resourceful, motivated, a go-getter and have a high standard of achievement, then you will excel in this role.

To land this gig, you have:
Previous experience supporting a range of customers in B2B or B2C environments (SaaS preferred)
Exceptional communication skills and adept at talking to customers
Good product sense and are empathetic of users and their struggles (This usually comes with experience from working directly in a product driven company)
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver on the needs of existing and potential Venngagers
