BCIT's School of Business is seeking temporary, full-time and part-time Faculty for its new Advanced Diploma in Real Estate. We are seeking experts in the Real Estate field to prepare, deliver and administer the new Advanced Diploma in Real Estate. The program has been approved by all levels at BCIT and has an anticipated start date of January 2020.

Qualifications:
Licensed Real Estate practitioner in BC
Residential and/or commercial brokerage experience
BComm, BCIT diploma, or Urban Land Economics diploma
Member of Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and/or Fraser Valley Real Estate Board an asset
Post-secondary teaching experience
Innovative, creative, and flexible

Minimum Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred; only candidates with a degree credential will be considered for an interview.
Current Real Estate License.
A minimum of ten years' experience working in North America in commercial/retail/industrial real estate industry.
Post-secondary teaching experience, with a minimum of five years preferred.
An established network of relevant professional contacts.
Excellent English-language communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent skills using Microsoft Office and online digital media and mobile tools.
Ability to work effectively in a collegial environment.

Salary Range:
$52,645 to $92,214 per annum. Prorated based on term of appointment.
