Everflow Eaves & Exteriors is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day branch execution in the Saskatoon market. Reporting to the General Manager, this hands-on leadership role will oversee crews and subcontractors, hiring and people leadership, scheduling follow-through, quality control, safety performance, project documentation, and overall branch operating discipline.
This is an opportunity for a practical, hands-on construction or industrial leader who can keep work moving, hold people accountable, and help establish a strong local operating presence in Saskatoon.
What you will do
- Lead overall Saskatoon branch operations across roofing, siding, eavestrough, decking, railing, and related work scopes
- Recruit, onboard, assign, and manage local crews, subcontractors, and field resources
- Lead local hiring, onboarding, performance management, and termination decisions in alignment with company processes and approval requirements
- Oversee scheduling execution, crew deployment, look-ahead planning, repair timelines, and day-to-day field coordination
- Ensure materials, equipment, site readiness, and branch routines are aligned so crews can work safely and efficiently
- Lead quality control during and after installs, including follow-up on deficiencies, final walkthroughs, and customer issues
- Lead and strengthen Everflow’s safety culture, safe work practices, and branch-level safety performance
- Manage routine project documentation such as customer contracts, job paperwork, submittals, and branch records needed to keep work moving smoothly
- Coordinate closely with Regina-based support functions including estimating, procurement, payroll, and administration
What we are looking for
- Experience in an Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, Field Operations Leader, Superintendent, Installation Manager, or similar role
- Strong crew leadership skills and comfort hiring, directing, and holding people accountable
- Experience in exteriors, siding, roofing, eavestrough, building envelope, renovations, or a related construction, industrial, or trade-services environment is preferred
- Experience working with subcontractors is an asset
- Strong operating instincts with the ability to balance execution, productivity, quality, safety, and margin
- Comfortable building structure in a growing branch environment where not everything is fully built out yet
- Willingness to be hands-on in a field-based leadership role
What success looks like
- Jobs in Saskatoon are being led locally with less day-to-day intervention from Regina
- Crew performance, subcontractor coordination, and field execution are reliable and well managed
- Quality is strong, deficiencies are addressed promptly, and customer follow-through is dependable
- Safety culture continues to strengthen and the branch operates to a high standard
- The Saskatoon branch develops into a stable, credible, and well-run local operation
What we offer
- Competitive compensation package
- $70,000–$85,000 per year
- Opportunity to help build and lead a growing Saskatoon operation
- Long-term opportunity for expanded responsibility as the branch grows
